MGF Adults is a community-driven S&C program built around proper coaching. You're assigned an accountability coach, locked in for 3 sessions a week that actually fit your life, and inducted 1:1 on the four key lifts before you ever step into a group session. Not a globo gym, not a CrossFit box, a place adults come to train properly.

Assigned accountability coach

A real coach who knows your goals, your schedule and your numbers, and follows up when you go quiet.

/ 02

1:1 induction · Monday 6pm

Goal-setting plus a technique walkthrough on the deadlift, squat, bench and overhead press before your first group session.

/ 03

3 sessions per week

Mon–Fri timetable stacked with options, early mornings, mid-morning and evenings. Lock in three that suit your life.

/ 04

Saturday community session

Partner workouts. Great energy. Open to all Kickstart members as a bonus, not a required session.
