Movement, strength and confidence, coached properly.
The MGF Junior Development Program is structured, coach-led training for kids aged 7–15. Three levels by age and ability, Kettlebell, Dumbbell, then Barbell. Every session is 45 minutes: short enough to hold attention, structured enough to get real results. Not a kids' boot camp, not babysitting, a legitimate development program.
Level 1 · Kettlebell (7–10)
Foundational movement, bodyweight and light load training. Mon–Thu, 4:00pm · 45 minutes.
Level 2 · Dumbbell (10–12)
Progressive loading, movement mechanics and strength development. Mon–Thu, 4:00pm · 45 minutes.
Level 3 · Barbell (13–15)
Structured strength programming and advanced movement patterns. Mon & Wed, 5:00pm · 45 minutes.

Every new junior gets a shirt and water bottle. If they don't love the first session, we sort it out, no questions.
